Which devices are supported?

Topline Dogs will run on any modern phone (iOS or Android), tablet, laptop or desktop.

Is the system easy to use?

Yes, we have made significant efforts to make sure that the system does not overwhelm you with options and settings.

Do I require an internet connection?

Yes, as Topline Dogs is cloud based and constantly backing up your data, you will require an internet connection.

How can I pay for my subscription?

We take payment for subscriptions only via online card payments, we store your details and automatically take payment every month. The billing date is the date you signed up on.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use the same level of security and encryption as banks and the military.

Is my data backed up?

Yes, we are continuously backing up your data to the cloud so you can rest assured that it’s in safe hands.

Can I take deposits to secure appointments?

Yes, you can take deposits and these are paid straight to you. We will notify you when you receive a deposit to save you manually checking.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, if you no longer wish to use our services you can cancel your recurring payment and your subscription will end on the day the cancelled payment was due to be taken.

Does your system comply with GDPR?

Yes, our system is fully compliant with GDPR. As an example, when sending out a new customer form, it is mandatory for them to select Communication preferences and this will affect your ability to communicate with them.

 

What type of appointment reminders do you offer?

We offer SMS and Email reminders, or both. They are sent out automatically by the system before the appointment. The amount of days before the appointment is set by you.
